Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 6. Process Improvement Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. Introduce innovative practices to enhance product quality and reduce waste. Reporting and Analysis Track key production metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management within the high-end fashion industry. In-depth knowledge of luxury apparel manufacturing processes and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, production planning tools, and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
